Class Descriptions

All Levels Flow

A fun, faster-paced, flowing sequence of yoga poses designed for all levels of ability, from beginner to advanced. Every class is creative and different, allowing for fun transitions and new variations of postures.

Gentle

A more gentle form of hatha yoga with a slower pace and less intense poses. It's a great way to slow down and experience comfort and control of the body, while modifying poses as necessary. An excellent class for both beginners and seasoned yogis.

Rest & Restore

A relaxed and restful class consisting of gentle stretches and restorative poses for the first half, followed by yoga nidra in the second half. Yoga nidra is a powerful yogic technique that is designed to put the body in a deep state of regenerating sleep while the mind stays awake and alert. Benefits include decreased stress, better sleep, higher levels of awareness and understanding, increased focus, improved self-esteem, and more.

Meditation in Motion

Traditional yoga meets modern day self-care. This class is gentle and focused on resetting the nervous system, going within, and getting space into those hard to reach areas of the body.

Hatha Yoga

A practice that focuses on physical postures and breath control. It emphasizes the balance between flexibility and strength, promoting overall well-being and enhancing physical health and mental clarity.

Empower Flow

A fun, dynamic sequence typically involving a series of challenging yoga poses that are linked together with smooth, flowing transitions, creating a moving meditation that cultivates both physical and mental resilience. This type of practice encourages practitioners to tap into their inner power and connect with their breath, allowing them to access a deeper sense of awareness and vitality.

Slow Flow

A slower-paced vinyasa flow with more time spent in key poses. This offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the poses, fine-tune alignment, and cultivate physical and mental strength.

Slow Flow & Sound

The same Slow Flow as above, but enjoy an extended savasana bathed with the soothing sounds of the gong and singing bowls.

Yin

A mindful style of yoga that includes deep stretching in long-held poses. This leads to the release of tension, relaxation, improved joint mobility and flexibility, and improved circulation. It targets the deep connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments, fascia, and bone, while calming the nervous system.

Yinyasa

Find inner balance of your yin and yang energies in this class. The first half is yin yoga consisting of long-held, deep stretches that benefit joint mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. The second half is vinyasa yoga consisting of a fun, flowing sequence meant to energize and enliven the body. The best of both worlds!
